Parents are encouraged to submit an application for enrolment as soon as possible for Year 7 in 2026 and beyond. An early application can help you to be successful in the application process.
Enquiries about applying for enrolment in all year levels are welcome and College Tours can be booked at any time throughout the year.
Please contact Ms Jo-Anne Nelson, College Registrar, for all enrolment enquiries, email [email protected] or phone 03 5560 0888.
Applications for enrolment are to be completed online. If you need any assistance with the online application process, please contact the College Registrar Ms Jo-Anne Nelson.
A $100 application fee is required at the time of submitting the application.
This fee is fully rebated - meaning that the $100 will be credited to your College fee account after the enrolment process is completed. In the event that a place is not able to be offered, this fee will be refunded. However in the event that you change your mind and decide not to accept an offer of enrolment, the fee is non-refundable.
If your application is successful, you will be emailed a Letter of Enrolment Offer. If there are more applications than places available, the College has an Enrolment Policy in place, whereby a series of criteria is followed in order to prioritise the allocation of places. Academic achievement is not a factor prioritised in the Enrolment Policy. Link to Emmanuel College's Enrolment Policy here.
Unsuccessful applications will also be notified by email.
Complete the online enrolment offer to accept the offer. In order to accept the place offered, you need to pay an acceptance fee of $100.
Like the application fee, it is fully rebated, so will also be credited to your College fee account. It is also non-refundable should you change your mind and decide that your child will not start school at Emmanuel College.
The enrolment fee was introduced to discourage non-genuine applicants from proceeding with the enrolment process. This should help to shorten waiting lists and give serious applicants the chance of a faster offer of enrolment, which will enable both the prospective students and the College to plan for the year ahead.
If the payment of application fees presents any hardship, please do not hesitate to contact the Principal Mr Peter Morgan.
Please contact our Registrar, Ms Jo-Anne Nelson, who will guide you through the enrolment process.

The purchase of school uniforms can be an expensive exercise. Buying secondhand uniforms is a great option that is sustainable for both the family budget and the environment. Emmanuel College has made the buying of selling of secondhand uniforms easy by partnering with Sustainable School Shop. If you already know what size you need shop online.
When you compare the cost of educating your children at Emmanuel with other state or Catholic Colleges, we offer excellent value for money. Our fees cover ALL expenses for the year, other than textbooks, school uniforms and optional trips.
Fees may be paid in instalments by arrangement, and payments can be made by Bpay, direct debit or debit/credit card.
